Earlier, the film was supposed to release on January 24 but now has been postponed to March 6. Gypsy which sees Natasha Singh in the lead opposite Jiiva, also includes Susheela Ram, Vikranth Singh, Karuna Prasad, and it features the debut of Malayalam actor/director Lal Jose and Sunny Wayne.

The national award-winning filmmaker’s movie is bankrolled by S Ambeth Kumar under the banner of Olympia Movies. The youthful and striking tunes are imparted to the movie by Santhosh Narayanan, and the lyrics in sync with the music is provided by Yugabharathi, Raju Murugan and Arivu.

The DOP is Selvakumar SK. The cuts are handled by Raymond Derrick Crasta and the stunning visuals are beautifully presented by art director C S Balachandar. The stunts are organised by Dinesh Subbarayan and the choreography is handled by Kalyan, Sherif and Abinaya Karthik.
