Actor Jiiva is currently awaiting the release of his films Gorilla, and Gypsy, directed by Don Sandy and Raju Murugan respectively. The film Gorilla has him playing the lead alongside Shalini Pandey. A chimpanzee is also playing a crucial role in the film. In Gypsy, Natasha Singh is the female lead. The director Raju Murugan's previous film Joker received rave reviews, and also won National Awards.

Our close sources have revealed that the actor is going to work on a double hero subject produced by his brother Jithan Ramesh under the banner Super Good Films. The other hero in this project is Arulnithi.

Arulnithi was last seen in Mu Maran's Iravukku Aayiram Kangal. Right now, he's working on a film titled Pugazhendhi Enum Naan. He's also filming for an untitled film directed by Barath Neelakantan, produced by SP Cinemas. This is the first time Jiiva and Arulnithi are working together.
