Jayam Ravi's Tik Tik Tik has its own level of expectations, majorly because it is India's first space film. And here you have the teaser review of Tik Tik Tik.
The very first dialogue of Tik Tik Tik tells us that it is not a movie that talks about just Space, it also has a strong terrorism connect to it. Unlike the other space films, we could sense this to have more action sequences. You could find electric guns being used in space craft, a gadget that we have never seen in Tamil films.
What's so striking about the teaser is the CGI part which looked so authentic. Maybe the scene where Ravi walks the outer space could have had a little more detailing, but it is always easier said than done. Even the set work looks really good and some shots are difficult to spot if it is a work of CGI or whether it was shot inside a set by the cinematographer Venkatesh S.
Nivetha Pethuraj can be seen in a couple of scenes. She sports a swimsuit in one of those scenes. Apart from Space, terrorism, investigation, we believe the film to carry a strong emotional connect. Miruthan emphasized on the brother-sister relationship while here we might see few heartwarming sequence with Ravi and his son. In fact, Ravi's real-life son plays his kid in the film so the emotions could look even more real this time.
Imman has come out of his comfort zone and has tried something different for Tik Tik Tik which is a welcoming move and Tik Tik Tik as a film deserves a unique sound for its experimentation. Lastly, we would like to thank, Sakthi Soundarajan for attempting something fresh and we hope the end product is as satisfying as this teaser.
