The film has been receiving positive responses from the audiences.On the technical front, Bigil is shot by 'Mersal' cinematographer G.K. Vishnu while Ruben and Muthuraj handle the editing and art departments respectively. The music is composed by AR Rahman.

Actress Indhuja, who plays a key role in the film, recently shared an emotional post on her official Instagram handle. In it, she thanked the fans for the enormous response for Bigil and added that she has always wanted to entertain her fans with different characters.
