Yesterday, about 1,000 self-proclaimed fans of Rajinikanth had gathered at the Valluvar Kottam demanding their Thalaivar rescind his earlier decision of not entering politics despite requests from the heads of Rajini Makkal Mandram to not do so.
Now, pained by all these, Superstar has one more released a press statement where he is appreciative of those who didn’t participate in the protest, said that he had already explained why he wouldn’t be able to enter politics and requested fans to not pressurise him over his political entry anymore.
On the work front, Superstar had to return from Annaatthe’s Hyderabad shooting prematuredly after a few crew members contracted corona. Superstar himself was briefly hospitalised over his fluctuating BP, made a full recovery and got discharged.
