TN BOX OFFICE: IDHU NAMMA AALU’S EXCELLENT FIRST WEEK GROSS!

The Simbu starrer Idhu Namma Aalu directed by Pasanga fame Pandiraj, released 4 days ago on May 27th. The film has had a steady 3 day run hitting a peak on Sunday at the TN box office. The Tamil Nadu gross at the end of the first week is around 14 crores.

The approximate first 3 day break up of INA is as follows:

May 27th (Fri) - 4.10 crores
May 28th (Sat) - 4.85 crores
May 29th (Sun) - 5.10 crores.

The film is apparently drawing the A and B center audience in large numbers whereas its C center performance is a little underwhelming. Nevertheless, this is reportedly the biggest opening that Simbu has got till date and let’s hope the film sustains this run.
