The recent news of the rape of an 8-year-old girl has shaken the country, and various celebrities have voiced out against the brutality. Regarding the same, actress Hema Malini posted:
“There shd be a national uprising with strong support from the media, against these animals who don’t spare even babies & toddlers! I agree with Manekaji that death penalty shd be instantaneous once proven guilty & there shd be no bail or pardon, juveniles included, for all rapes”.
Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kabali has opened to mixed reviews but that has not affected its monstrous run at the box office, especially the Tamil version of Kabali is said to have performed really well.
Tamil born Bollywood veteran actress Hema Malini has shared some nice words about the latest Rajinikanth starrer through her Twitter space.
“So nice to hear abt the gt success of Kabali.It cudnt have happend to a nicer human being! I've known him personally for quite a few yrs now. Hav acted &interacted with him -such a humble & wonderful human being.The movie is a sell out world wide givg other movies tough competition. Othr B'wood biggies hav been releasd&doing well but Kabali is a phenomenal success.All kudos to Rajnikanth-he still holds the aud enthralled.”
It must be noted that Hema Malini has acted along with Rajinikanth in Andha Kanoon which happens to be the Hindi remake of superhit Tamil film Sattam Oru Iruttarai.
