IT'S TRISHA'S DAY TODAY

The gorgeous and the charming Trisha celebrates her birthday today the 4th May. Starting her career as a model and winning the Miss Chennai contest way back in 1999, this Taurean made her film entry as Simran’s friend in Jodi. Mounam Pesiyadhae was her first film as a heroine.

When the unwritten norm for heroines as regards their shelf life in the glamour world is just a few years and a handful of films, here is Trisha who has grandly stayed on in the industry for more than a decade breaking all the myths.

She is known for her roles in Saamy, Abhiyum Naanum and Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaaya to name some. 2015 was a rocking year for this beauty who had six releases in the name of Yennai Arindhaal, Sakalakala Vallavan, Thoongavanam, Bhooloham in Tamil and Lion and Cheekati Rajyam in Telugu. 

This year we will get to see Trisha in Nayaki where she has also sung a song. Kodi with Dhanush and Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal are also in the pipeline in Tamil.

Earlier on, Trisha had shared a small video in her social media page ushering in her birthday with family and close friends.
