''EVERYBODY LOOKS AT EVERYBODY ELSE’S FILM AS THEIR ENEMY’S FILM'' - GAUTHAM MENON

Here is the full speech of director Gautham Menon after winning the Producer Council elections. He will be the new Joint Vice President of Producer Council along with Prakash Raj. 

“I see this as a victory to the producer fraternity. This victory will bring the fraternity together. It has not been that way for quite a long time, and that is the reason why I had to remind that. Nobody works together, and everybody looks at everybody else’s film as their enemy’s film. I have been very much affected because of that. I with the help of my colleagues here will make sure that this fraternity will come together as one body from tomorrow onwards. I am extremely happy about this, and I am working with some great people, and I am really happy to be here. Thank you so much.”

When asked if he would work aggressively for the welfare of Producer Council, his reply was, “Definitely, if you intend to ask me that if I would find time to work for the Council, I would like to tell you that, I am going to shift my office to the Producer Council. That room is going to be office going forward. I usually sit in some coffee shop and write my scripts. Now I will be writing my scripts sitting in that room. And whenever I get an opportunity, will work to my fullest along with Prakash Raj, Vishal, and Prabhu.”
