"AJITH TOLD ME NOT TO ADD MASS SCENES..." - GVM ON THALA AND YENNAI ARINDHAAL

The film features music by Darbuka Siva, the film has finalized its release date on the 6th of September. Gautham Vasudev Menon had an exclusive interaction with Behindwoods where he shared many interesting experiences from his personal and professional life.

While talking about Yennai Arindhaal with Thala Ajith, he gave many interesting insights. "Ajith told me not to do anything extra. He supported me throughout the film, I tried to push in some 'mass' scenes, but he used to deny it." He said Ajith used to tell him to take the film in his own style and not to change it for him.

About working with Kamal, he said "He is such a legend. I had to get work from the guru himself and make sure he likes it." He added that after watching the film, Kamal said "It works for me" and nothing else. Watch the super-interesting interview video here:
