According to few media reports, Subhalaxmi, daughter of Gautami is speculated to make her acting debut with Dhruv Vikram's Varma directed by seasoned filmmaker Bala.

Gautami now has officially clarified that her daughter has no plans to act in any films for now. Here is what her Twitter statement reads, "Taken aback to see news about my daughter's acting debut. Subhalaxmi is committed to her studies and has no plans for acting now. Thank you all for your blessings on her."
