‘Tughlaq Durbar’ stars Vijay Sethupathi playing the lead, along with Parthiban, Raashi Khanna and Manjima Mohan in pivotal roles. The movie is directed by Delhiprasad Deenadayalan and has music by Govind Vasantha. The project is bankrolled by Lalit Kumar under his banner 7 Screen Studio.
