The Accidental Prime Minister is a book written by popular author Sanjaya Baru. The book is about former Prime Minister of India, Manmohan Singh. The book is now being made into a film directed by Vijay Gutte and produced by Bohra Bros. 

Akshaye Khanna and Suzanne Bernert will be playing co-stars to Anupam Kher, who reprises Manmohan Singh. The shooting for the film commences in London this week and the team is aiming for a December 21 release.
