Actor Saif Ali Khan's daughter, Sara Ali Khan has been taken to court by a film producer. Sara had given dates till July to shoot for her debut movie, Kedarnath which has Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead. But, later, she claimed that she wouldn't be available for shoot in June because she had committed her dates for another movie, Simmba.
The producers apparently want Sara to complete her portions for the film and also pay Rs. 5 crore as damages.
Popular wink sensation Priya Prakash Varrier was rumoured to be in talks for Ranveer Singh's next film, directed by Rohit Shetty.
However, the makers have now officially announced the heroine of the film, and it will be a star kid. Saif Ali Khan's daughter Sara Ali Khan, will be making her silver screen debut with this action entertainer, which is titled as, 'Simmba', an official remake of Telugu film, 'Temper'.
The film's producer Karan Johar (for Dharma Productions) officially confirmed the news, through his tweet, "Sara Ali Khan in #Simmba with @RanveerOfficial directed by ROHIT SHETTY! Releasing on the 28th of December 2018 ! This winter gets hotter!!!!"
Simmba has been scheduled to hit the screens on December 28, this year.
