First week's luxury budget task of 'Oru Kadha Sollatuma' continued for the second week with many taking to the stage to talk about their life and their stories of success and how they came to the popular reality show. Niroop, who stepped up on the stage to talk about his life as the first contestant of day 12, said that he was a very quiet kid and didn't have many friends when he was in school. "It was during my ninth grade that my mother was diagnosed with schizophrenia. My mother wouldn't know what she's doing. Even if you tell something good, she would take it in the other way. This was the first disappointment in my life," he said.

"My second biggest learning curve in life was when I was studying in a polytechnic college. Everyone was very older than me. I got intimidated and didn't reveal that I knew tamil. They would believe that and talk bad in front of me. It would hurt For three years I hid the fact that I knew Tamil," he added and noted that this incident made him understand many things about humans. Niroop said he received a scholarship and completed engineering, but was inclined towards modelling and entering in the film industry.

"My father asked me as to how I would pursue this passion because I didn't know any contacts from the industry. That was when I met my girlfriend Yashika. Many of you would know her. Even if I had gotten the chance to enter bigg boss because of her, I am proud of it. There is no insult or embarassment in this. Many would ask me if I feel bad because I was always quoted as Yashika's ex-boyfriend. There is no insult in this because she only showed me a way in life. Why can't a guy grow because of a girl?" he stated and finished his speech by saying that he is hopeful that he would grow in the film industry after entering Bigg Boss. 

After the speech, many appreciated him for speaking the truth and breaking stereotypes. Abishek, Priyanka, Imman Annachi were seen discussing about his story infront of Niroop in the lawn after the task when Abishek said that his words should reach everywhere and to many people.
