November 27th marked the 3rd successful weekend for Gautham Menon's Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada (AYM). Along with celebrating the success of AYM, GVM has released 3 very interesting and intriguing first look posters of his most awaited collaboration with Dhanush, Enai Nokki Paayum Thota (ENPT).
The film, which went on floors in March 2016, is the first time combo of Dhanush and Gautham Menon.
Two of the first look posters of ENPT were in the usual GVM style and looked as colourful and romantic as his films usually are. Both these showed Dhanush fully shaven and with romantic expressions, and one of these also showed an intimate moment between Dhanush and the leading lady Megha Akash. There was also another poster which showed Dhanush with a beard and a wounded face. This poster and the title of the film reveal that it will not just be a romantic one but also will have some major action sequences.
Another very interesting point about ENPT is that until now, they have not revealed who the music director is. There were many speculations that it could be A.R.Rahman or Yuvan Shankar Raja. They have also announced that there will be a teaser on December 6th and we might know who the music director is.
The release date of ENPT has been announced and it is slated to be a 2017 Valentine’s Day weekend release.
GVM is known for releasing many of his films in the month of February. Minnale-Feb 2nd 2001, Pachaikili Muthucharam-Feb 13th 2007, Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaaya-Feb 26th 2010, Nadunisi Naaigal- Feb 18th 2011, Ek Deewaana Tha- Feb 17th 2012, Yennai Arindhaal- Feb 5th 2015. Coincidentally, his birthday also falls in the month of February on the 25th. Can he repeat the magic he wove with VTV, Minnale and Yennai Arindhaal? Let’s wait for Valentines Day!
