WILL SARKAR HAVE EARLY MORNING SHOWS? KNOW THE REAL ISSUE!

Sarkar's high-octane trailer has managed to increase the movie's expectations up many notches. Added with Sun Pictures' strong marketing arm, no doubt this movie will create waves among the public and fans alike.

But when will the first show of Sarkar be played in India? Initially, Vijay fans were expecting for a special 1 AM show on the 6th of November. Then they were hoping to watch the first show at 5 AM in the morning which now looks be uncertain at the moment. 

Earlier this morning, Rhevanth Charan of Rohini Silver Screens had hinted that there won't be any 5 AM shows for Sarkar and said he will update once he gets a clarity on the overall issue. He Tweeted "#Sarkar 5am show in question???? Revenge and hatred towards this man has begun yet again. Will update you all after I get a clear picture on release time. Let's hope for the best (sic.)"

When we contacted several exhibitors to know more about this issue, they told, "According to government norms, special earlier morning shows are not permitted, but we exhibitors and distributors have been getting special permission to screen the early 5 AM shows for few big films. 

But of late we have had a few last minute postponement for big films which have resulted in heated arguments outside the theatre halls thereby causing a disturbance to the general public. And the government doesn't want such issues to happen during Sarkar's release. To avoid such fights during the wee hours of a festival day, the government has still not given permission to screen early morning shows for Sarkar."

The exhibitors further added that "Cancelling early morning shows would not just incur a loss to the exhibitors but also to the producers, distributors and even the Government. Ceasing early morning shows will squeeze the audience who wish to watch the first-day show of their favourite which will indirectly encourage piracy."

Though early morning shows look uncertain at this moment, we hope the permission is granted for the special early morning shows to delight the fans on the festival day of Diwali.
