Director Bala's next with Chiyaan Vikram's son Dhruv Vikram, titled Varma, is approaching its production stages. The film's shooting is expected to begin at the end of February, according to sources close to the film.
It has also been revealed that National Award-winning director Raju Murugan, of Joker fame, has been roped in to write the dialogues of Varma. This addition is sure to add great value to the project.

As we all know, Dhruv Vikram would be venturing into Kollywood with Varma, the official Tamil remake of Vijay Deverakonda's Arjun Reddy. Ace director Bala would be wielding the megaphone while Mynaa, Bairavaa and Sketch fame Sukumar would take care of the cinematography.
Now, sources close to us have informed that the film's shooting is expected to start from next year Pongal, in mid-January. Let us wait for an official confirmation from the team.
