Yes, director Priyadarshan has bagged the Hindi remake rights of this raw jail drama.

When inquired about this news, sources confirmed the information and further added that the Telugu remake rights will also be sold soon. The contenders in Tollywood are not known though.

For a film with a genuine content like this, it deserves more audience and we wish the essence of the film is not lost in the process of remaking.
