SENIOR DIRECTOR PASSES AWAY!

PR Devaraj, known for his contribution as a director in Tamil film industry passed away today, May 23rd at Chennai.

He rose to fame through the 1988 popular film Senthoora Poove starring Vijayakanth, Ramki and Nirosha in the lead role. The film had some beautiful songs composed by Manoj Gyan. PR Devaraj later made film Ilayaragam which featured Vivek in a pivotal role. He has also directed Telugu serials.
