Manju Warrier and Biju Menon will be teaming up for Lalitham Sundaram, and this movie will mark Manju's first ever production. Pramod Mohan, who had scripted and directed the Biju Menon starrer Orayiram Kinakkal will be writing the script for this movie.

Lalitham Sundaram will feature Biju Menon and Manju after two decades - before this, the duo had shared screen space in movies - Krishnagudiyil Oru Pranayakalathu, Kudamattam, Pranaya Varnangal, Kannezhuthi Pottumthottu.

Manju Warrier is also producing Sanal Kumar Sasidharan's directorial venture Kayattam - which is co-produced by Shaji Mathew and Aruna Mathew. Based on mountaineering, the movie features Manju in a look similar to her role in Rani Padmini.
