Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, this film is the director’s third venture which went on to top the box-office reports. The film was not only accepted well by the fans and celebs of Tamil Nadu but also other states as well.

Apart from Thalapathy Vijay, the film featured Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Sanjeev, Sriman, Srinath, Prem Kumar, Shanthnu Bhagyaraj, Arjun Das amongst others in prominent roles.
