THE COSTLIEST MALAYALAM FILM EVER, HAS A SUPERHIT AJITH FILM TITLE

Director Jayaraj has apparently made the costliest Malayalam film. The film titled Veeram (It has to be mentioned that Ajith gave a superhit Veeram in the year 2014) has Bollywood actor Kunal Kapoor as the hero and the team has high hopes on it. We are told that the film was made on a budget of 35 crores, highest ever for a Malayalam film. Jayaraj recently stated that Veeram will be the first Malayalam film to cross the 100 crore mark.

On the recent Pulimurgan, the director had stated that it is the technical quality of the film which made a bigger impact than the presence of Mohanlal.

This triggered Mohanlal fans and Jayaraj was attacked on social media. As a result, Jayaraj openly apologized to Mohanlal and his fans, and said that Mohanlal is a big Superstar who is capable of getting a great initial pull. The director also added that he only meant to say that technical quality was an important part in the big success of Pulimurugan and he is sorry for how his words sounded.
