Actor Bharani was expelled from Bigg Boss recently when he tried to escape from the house. Amit Bhargav had released a video supporting Bhargav against the comments made by Gayathri Raguramm. Now, director Gaurav has joined the list by releasing a new video supporting Bharani.
 

Gaurav who has directed films like Thoonganagaram, Sigaram Thodu, Ippadai Vellum (yet to be released), has already worked with Bharani in Thoonganagaram. In his video statement, Gaurav said, "I wanted to register an important point here, and that is why I have put up this video. I have traveled with Bharani for one year during the shoot of Thoonganagaram, and I know about him. Whatever information that is circulating about him, is wrong. He is such a soulful and kind-hearted person when it comes to women. I can tell this for sure shot 200%.

The other contestants in Bigg Boss are doing character assassination for their own publicity. I have had my own personal problems with Bharani, but more than all that, I personally want to clarify and tell that he is not a bad person. I feel that it is wrong to do character assassination of a person. As a director, my support is always there for you, Bharani. Stay true to your heart and your family. God will  bless you."
