CS Amudhan garnered the attention of the audience with his very first film, Tamizh Padam, after which he made Rendavadhu Padam, which is yet to see the light of the day.

However, the director has moved on to his next, the sequel of Tamizh Padam, with Shiva as the male lead and YNot Sashikanth as the producer. With the heavy support Oviya is getting for Bigg Boss, C.S.Amudhan tweeted that he would cast Oviya in Tamizh Padam 2 if she wishes to be a part.

His tweet read, "So I've received numerous requests to cast @OviyaaSweetz in #TamizhPadam2  . I'd like that, let her know, let's find out if she wants to."
