Vijay Sethupathi has started his shoot for 'Laabam' with Shruti Hassan directed by SP Jananathan, of Peranmai, Iyarkai fame, today after a pooja ceremony. This is Vijay Sethupathi’s second collaboration with SP Jananathan after Purampokku Engira Podhuvudamai.
There were rumours circulating in the media Vijay Sethupathi might be doing his next with director Anand Shankar after their meet recently. Anand Shankar has done movies like Iru Mugan, NOTA. While the rumours were making so much buzz, the director has made an important statement regarding this.
Anand Shankar has taken to his twitter page to address this rumour and has completely denied that the news about his next are false but he would love that combination. He has also stated that he is working on good scripts now and hasn’t signed anything. He has also stated he is currently watching Game of Thrones like everyone else.
