THERI CONTROVERSIAL TWEET - DIRECTOR AMEER CLARIFIES

Social Media was abuzz today, with a controversial tweet from Director Ameer's fake account about the movie Theri, which read "I have bought #Theri Madurai rights for 7 Cr huge drop after the opening day. 50% loss expected will protest against Thanu&co soon"

Director Ameer has cleared the air with a press note putting an end to the whole story.
This is what he says " I would like to convey the following to all media friends, film personalities and Vijay fans. I am aware of the release problems for Theri and about few wrong informations spread from day 1, which have been induced by some people who are against Vijay’s growth.

At the same time, I came to know about the news being reported regarding Theri film distribution through some fake Twitter page in my name, today. I would like to confirm you all that I don’t have an official Facebook or Twitter account and some pessimist has done it. "
