The unfortunate demise of young actor Sushant Singh Rajput has left a lot of us heartbroken. Most are yet to even come to terms with the same. Sushant was known to be the reel Dhoni - he had reprised Mahendra Singh Dhoni in MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, which went on to become a massive box office success.
The preparation for the movie endeared Sushant to the cricketer a lot and according to Arun Pandey, Dhoni’s manager and producer of the biopic, Mahi who was impressed with the actor’s dedication has been left speechless with his demise.
“We can’t even believe what has happened. I am not in a position to express my grief. Mahi is also very morose. Such a tragic incident,” he was quoted as saying.
“I spent 18 long months with Sushant during shooting. He was very focussed about the character that he was about to play on screen. He spent 9 month-time on the field so that he can replicate Dhoni in every aspect. He spent 15 days with Mahi himself. To me, Sushant was an actor who would leave no stone unturned to make his work perfect,” he further added.
