IS THIS WHAT DHANUSH WILL BE DOING IN THE FIRST 45 MINUTES OF VADA CHENNAI?

Dhanush’s much awaited film Vada Chennai, directed by Vetri Maaran is being shot keeping in mind it’s sequels. The movie also stars Amala Paul, Daniel Balaji, Samuthirakani  and Kishore in important roles.

The latest we hear from our close sources is that, Dhanush will be have his portions shot in a jail. The first 45 odd minutes of the first installment of the Vada Chennai franchise is touted to be entirely taking place in a jail for which a set was erected at Binny mills and the film takes course and travels out of this jail sequence after the first few minutes.

Interestingly, Vetri Maaran’s previous film Visaaranai which was nominated for the Oscars was shot in the jail too. Vada Chennai is the depiction of the life of a gangster across 30 years.
