Then Venkat Prabhu produced RK Nagar had graced Netflix. There have been some rumours often involving major releases, wondering if they'd go for a direct OTT release.
As if putting rest to any such that may come up regarding their venture, Jagame Thandiram that stars Dhanush in the lead and directed by Karthik Subbaraj, Y NOT Studios has clarified that the film would indeed grace theatrical screens first. Take a look at the tweet here:

Jagame Thandiram stars Aishwarya Lekshmi as the female lead and has been shot majorly in London. Santhosh Narayanan scores the music. Jagame Thandiram was planned to release in May but the pandemic has pushed away the release date to a later time.
