The terrific combo Dhanush-Vetri Maaran is known to be one of the most successful actor-director collaborations of Kollywood. Together, the duo has made four films - Polladhavan, Aadukalam, Vada Chennai and Asuran.
Apart from that, the director's crime-drama Visaranai was bankrolled by Dhanush under the banner Wunderbar Films. Recently, the first look of 'Guns of Banaras' was unveiled. The film is the Hindi remake of the combo's first outing together, Polladhavan.
Directed by Shekkhar Suri, Guns of Banaras features Karan Nath and Nathalia Kaur as the leads and the film is all set to hit the big screens on February 28. The project has been delayed for many years due to various reasons.
Now, the surprising factor is that actor Ganesh Venkatram who is well-known for his stint in the first season popular Tamil reality show, Bigg Boss is also been roped in this remake. Taking to his social media, he wrote, “Coming to you on Feb 28th.”
