WOW, DEEPIKA PADUKONE TO MAKE A KOLLYWOOD COMEBACK WITH THIS BIGGIE?

Sundar C’s brobdingnagian historical project Sangamithra bankrolled by Sri Thenandal Films is still in its pre-production phase. ‘Isai Puyal’ AR Rahman is officially on board and actors like Jayam Ravi, Arya and Mahesh Babu are apparently in talks to play the male leads in this film.

We hear that Sundar C is planning to bring in some of the best technicians around the world to assist him for this project. Supposedly Sundar C is in talks with one of the popular stunt coordinators from Germany who played an integral part in Avatar’s stunt sequences.

Now the latest we are told is that the team has allegedly approached Deepika Padukone to act as the female protagonist in Sangamithra. Deepika has of late become very choosy with her films as she has expanded her market to the Hollywood audience with her upcoming film XXX: Return of Xander Cage.

The title of Sangamithra signifies the importance of the female protagonist of the film. It looks like the makers want to rope in a top sensational actor for this project.

We will have to wait and see if Deepika Padukone grabs the opportunity or not!
