Not just the looks, even the costumes of the nurse character are very much talked about. The lady behind these innovative and colorful costumes is the costume designer Anu Parthasarathy who says, “I am very much happy to see that Remo is receiving a positive response from the audience. Nurse character is my most favorite and it was quite challenging for me. It is not that easy to portray a man in a woman's profile, but with the support of my entire Remo team, I did it. I have worked on minute details like buttons in the skirt and accessories like baby pearl pendant to portray in a more realistic way.

Sivakarthikeyan is such a wonderful coordinating artist. He will sit patiently for hours for the costume designing. Smiling in the tougher situation is the real beauty of Sivakarthikeyan.
