JUST IN: A LEADING TECHNICIAN NOT PART OF SANGAMITHRA ANYMORE!

Earlier it was said that popular Bollywood cinematographer Sudeep Chatterjee‏ will wield the camera for the historical Tamil war film Sangamithra directed by Sundar C. But now it looks like he will not be a part of this magnum opus due to his commitment in a Hindi film Padmavati directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

He tweets to confirm the same, “Really sad to step out of #sangamithra @ThenandalFilms owing to the extension of the Padmavati schedule! Love to the gorgeous team.....”

Sangamithra features actors like Jayam Ravi, Arya and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles while AR Rahman takes care of the music department.
