CHINMAYI LAUDS SAMANTHA - "I HOPE WOMEN CAN LEARN FROM HER..." 

Samantha's on-screen voice, popular singer and voice artist Chinmayi wished the actress in a series of tweets. "It’s been an absolute honour being her voice," stated Chinmayi and added that she admires Samantha's grit and tenacity the most.

Chinmayi appreciated Samantha for "Killing it as a mainstream actor especially when many people on social media take it upon themselves to tweet to her entire family to ‘control’ her; to make her ‘behave like a married woman’". Chinmayi also jabbed at how only female actors are expected to retire from their acting profession after marriage.

"For Samantha to work AND thrive in a society which tells her every day that she cannot, should not work in her chosen profession is an achievement.I hope women can learn from her tenacity & I know she works extremely hard. Here’s wishing her only joy and success." wrote Chinmayi and concluded.
