By the end of the 2nd weekend, Chekka Chivantha Vaanam has clocked in around 6.1 crores in the Chennai city region alone, thereby getting a Hit verdict from Behindwoods Box Office.

CCV holds to close to 200-weekend shows by the end of its 10-day run which is indeed a good number, keeping today's film trade and 3 new releases in mind. There is a good chance for the film to get a Super-hit upgrade if it keeps up this run.
