Popular Bollywood casting director and producer Seher Aly Latif died in Mumbai on Tuesday, June 7, due to a cardiac arrest. Her associate and director Neeraj Udhwani said that Latif was admitted to Lilavati Hospital eight days ago due to kidney failure.
Latif has also been a part of many popular Hollywood projects which include Julia Roberts-starrer Eat Pray Love, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, and Zero Dark Thirty. Her famous Indian works include films like Shakuntala Devi, Lunchbox and Maska.
Top Bollywood artists such as actor Sophie Choudry, director Sulagna Chatterjee, actor Dipannita Sharma and actor Richa Chadha have shared their condolences for the late celebrity.
