Bollywood actress Preity Zinta is rumored to be marrying Financial Analyst Gene Goodenough in US followed by a reception in Mumbai. Although reports have been coming in on this subject, the Uyire actress remains tight lipped and is yet to issue a statement on this.

Meanwhile, there are also talks that she would be donating to charity, the proceeds that are expected to come out of her wedding picture. It is rumored that the couple has plans to put up their wedding images for auction and that the money generated out of this is slated to go to Preity Zinta Foundation that is involved in charity work.
