ACTRESS SENTENCED TO A 2 YEAR IMPRISONMENT

Notable television and film star Alka Kaushal, who was seen playing Kareena Kapoor Khan’s mother in Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Kangana Ranaut’s mom in Queen, has landed in a legal trouble. Reportedly the actress has been sentenced to a 2-year imprisonment.

Apparently, the actress and her mother had borrowed Rs 50 lakh from a farmer to make a serial but they could not return the money as promised. Supposedly, Alka had issued two cheques amounting to 50 lakhs but when the cheques bounced back, the farmer had moved to the court which sentenced them a 2-year imprisonment.
