Tamil Nadu theatres were shut on April 26 following the tremendous rise in cases during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The government had allowed cinema halls to operate at 50 per cent capacity and a few movies were released post then. Now, the state government has come up with the latest announcement which has indeed left all of us in joy.
Yes, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin passed a special order which stated that 100% occupancy is allowed in the state’s theatres from November 1 and this indeed comes as a big news to the films that are slated to be released on November 4th as Diwali releases.
It must be noted that Annaatthe and Enemy are hitting the screens for Diwali and this piece of news has not only left the fans in great joy but also has come as a big relief to both the film teams. Stay tuned!
