Veteran director Bharathiraja and a few others exited the Tamil Nadu Film Producers Council, which has been seeing a few problems for quite some time now and began a new association recently, Tamil Film Active Producers Association.
Bharathiraja has sent a request to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami through his new producers council about their travails.
Bharathiraja has requested for shootings to be resumed. It remains to be seen whether the same would be obliged!
Here is an appeal by our Founder @offBharathiraja sir to Hon. @CMOTamilNadu Hon. @Kadamburrajuofl sir to allow shooting of films within Studios & interiors with limited crew as it's over 150 days of stopping these important activities now🙏🙏🙏 pic.twitter.com/U7xeE4Th4O
