WHY IS THE CENSOR BOARD NOT APPRECIATED FOR JOKER?

The censor board (CBFC) has mostly made the headlines for wrong reasons. It is quite disappointing that no industry personality or media bother to appreciate the censor board when they do something right. In the case of movie Joker, the censor board needs a round of applause for not touching few hard hitting dialogues.

It was good to see a bold film about politics after a long time; thanks to the uncompromising, straight from the heart dialogues of Raju Murugan. And thanks to the censor board for giving the required freedom for an honest creator.

We at Behindwoods request the CBFC to continue to support good works like Joker in the future as well.
