BALA'S VARMAA STARRING DHRUV VIKRAM FINALLY ANNOUNCES OTT PREMIERE
Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsMany of you would have known that when the Tamil remake of Arjun Reddy was announced, it was to be titled Varmaa, and was to be directed by veteran director Bala.
However, the production house, E4 Entertainment, was unhappy with the final product and said that the film will be reshot with Sandeep Vanga's (who directed the original) assistant Gireesaaya taking over the directorial mantle. Subsequently, the film was christened "Adithya Varma".

Then and now, there had been news that the version directed by Bala would be up for an OTT release. Now, it has been announced that it would premiere on Simply South for viewers outside India from October 6.
As far as Dhruv Vikram is considered, his second feature is to be directed by Karthik Subbaraj in which his dad, Vikram, plays the parallel lead. This has already made several fans excited. Watch this space for more updates.
