Actor Arya's upcoming film is Magamuni, which is written and directed by Santha Kumar and produced by KE. Gnanavel Raja under Studio Green and Tharun Pictures. The project has Arya acting in dual roles Maga & Muni, along with Mahima Nambiar, Indhuja, Ilavarasu, Jayaprakash etc. With the film gearing up for its release tomorrow, we have certain interesting facts about the actor which he has quoted in his exclusive interview with us.
Talking about his most unforgettable scene, Arya confirms that his first shot in Ullam Ketkume definitely makes the cut. Recalling his nervousness, he shares about how he was camera-conscious during his first shot and says he was called out for having direct eye contact with the camera.
Arya says exercise is his most addictive habit. Having been known for his sports-craze, he says he is never idle and always indulges in swimming, or boxing or running whenever he is not shooting and that he always wants to learn new sports. Remarkably, he had lead the cycling team 'Ryders' for 2019 PBP event in Paris earlier last month.
On his marriage with Sayyeshaa, he mentions that her maturity exceeds her age and that she loves him very much. About the controversies after Namma Veetu Maapillai reality show and how Sayyeshaa handled the matter, Arya said that it was more of his decision than hers and that they never discussed it. Regarding his movie Kaappaan with Suriya and Mohanlal directed by K V Anand, he says he has learnt so much from the efforts put forward by all the three stars to improve the film.
"Whereas Magamuni is a totally different film as it depends on the different lives, different perspectives of two different people and how they meet forms the story of Magamuni", says Arya and has also mentioned the significant effort put forward by the director in helping him understand his character.
