The Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is currently on a week-long visit to India. He is staying in Mumbai's Taj Palace Hotel, and yesterday he was welcomed by some stalwarts from the Indian film industry.

Oscar winner AR Rahman took to Twitter to welcome the Canadian PM, as he tweeted, " Welcome to India @JustinTrudeau ..wish you a wonderful & memorable stay here..I'm sure you will enjoy our Indian hospitality:)".

While at a grand event held at the Taj Palace hotel, actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, R Madhavan, Anupam Kher had met him and discussed various collaborations between the Indian and Canadian film industries.
