Vignesh Shivn engaged in a conversation with AR Rahman on behalf of Behindwoods. Here are a few excerpts.
VS: Roja completes 28 years. How was it when you saw the visuals on screen? Which among them struck your mind?
Kadhal Rojave and Pudhu Vellai Mazhai. Seeing Arvind Swamy on screen was stunning as well. So handsome.
VS: Dil Bechara has made a lot of us emotional…

VS: Your words of hope for struggling artists.
AR: All artists face the same thing. What if we aren’t good enough. You aim for perfection but don’t necessarily land up there. One needs to aim for personal satisfaction. We deal with multiple things. We need to be honest and keep going. The universe will come to us. It has to.
