AR RAHMAN'S DEBUT MOVIE AS DIRECTOR - LE MUSK REACHES CANNES - DETAILS!

Post his entry into the industry as a music director with Mani Ratnam's Roja, AR Rahman has continuously ruled hearts for almost 30 years now.

The Oscar-winning A.R. Rahman, beyond music, also made his debut as a writer with the film '99 Songs'. Last year in 2019, this movie was released. He also composed and produced 99 Songs for the film.

Following this, beyond music and story, ARR has also taken on the another challenging aspect of the industry - Direction. Rahman is directing a 36-minute film titled 'Le Musk'. Rahman is also said to have come up with the idea courtesy of his wife.

In the virtual reality mode, Le Musk has cast in some of the main characters, including Nora Aranicander and Guy Burnett, while the film is being made. With all the work on the film completed, Le Musk will be screened at this month's Cannes Film Festival. A.R. Rahman shared this news on his Twitter page.

The 8th Behindwoods Gold Medals Awards will be held this year on May 21 and 22 at the Island Ground in Chennai Island from 6pm to 11.30pm. Ticket booking for this is currently underway.
