AR RAHMAN GETS NOSTALGIC ABOUT...

AR Rahman made time for his good old friend Drums Sivamani and launched the audio album of his musical venture Kanithan. He recollected that whenever he was in Chennai, he never missed Sivamani's concerts and that Sivamani is family to him.

 

AR Murugadoss, who also launched the album, narrated an incident that happened during an air travel with Sivamani in which the latter was busy composing a tune based on the movement of the flight when Murugadoss was trying to interrupt and talk to him.

 

Looks like Rahman's lead percussionist is getting noticed for his positive obsession with music.
