What was the toughest challenge in the film?
The toughest challenge for me was to play the love interest of Amarendra Baahubali and also the mother to Mahendra Baahubali. But for Rajamouli, I would not have been able to pull off this challenge.

Can you watch the film like an audience?
Yes. I saw the film thrice and I am amazed I am able to see Devasena and not myself there. That’s because of the strong characterization and also to my stylists Rama Rajamouli and Prashanthi. The first step is to get the look of a character right and I think they have done an amazing job at it. My presence was felt through the look.
