Anushka Shetty's upcoming historical horror thriller Bhaagamathie, releasing in Tamil and Telugu, had its audio launch yesterday, January 17. 

The star actress while speaking at the event said, "I thank UV Creations, Pramod and Vamsi - I listened to the script of Bhaagamathie way back in 2012, but was very busy with Baahubali and Rudhramadevi and couldn't get to it. Nevertheless, they waited for me till 2016 because they wanted me to do this film.

This was very unexpected, actually... three people who are really special to me - Nassar sir, Suriya sir and Ramya ma'am (are here)... I never expected the three of you to come to this function, and it (your presence) makes it even more special, so thank you."
